The countdown is almost over, the preparations are complete, and the moment of truth is here! At Chianda High School, the Class of 2026 is ready to step into the examination room with confidence, determination and hope.

With just hours remaining before the official commencement of the 2026 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations, the candidates have put the finishing touches to their preparations and are eagerly looking forward to the challenge ahead.

Throughout the week, the boys have been actively involved in activities aimed at creating a clean, organised and conducive examination environment. From cleaning their lockers and chairs to arranging their examination rooms and settling into their designated spaces, every detail has been taken care of.

The candidates have also received guidance from invigilators and supervisors on examination procedures, expected conduct and the regulations governing the national examinations.

With the groundwork complete, attention now shifts to their final dedication service scheduled for Sunday, ahead of the first written examination paper on Monday, November 2, 2026, at exactly 8:00 AM.

The school has already successfully completed the Computer Studies and French examinations and is now awaiting the marking of the respective papers.

As the big day approaches, the message to the candidates is one of encouragement: stay calm, remain disciplined, manage your time wisely and approach every question with confidence.

The journey through secondary school has been filled with lessons, sacrifices, challenges and countless hours of hard work. Now, the Chianda boys have an opportunity to translate their determination and preparation into outstanding results.

To the teachers, parents, school administration and everyone who has walked this journey with the candidates, your contribution has been invaluable.

To the Chianda High School Class of 2026, this is your moment!

Believe in yourselves, trust your preparation and give every paper your very best. The entire Chianda family is behind you.

Go forth and shine, boys! May your hard work speak through your results.
